Tõnis Arro - Founding Partner and Board Member of Executive Lab is executive search consultant and coach for individuals and teams. He has established several companies, including the leading HR Consultancy Fontes, publishing company Hermes and the leading conference company Baltic Management Conferences, worked as CEO of Estonian Development Fund, the public parliamentary think tank and managed its investment arm, SmartCap as management board member and chairman. Tõnis Arro is has studied at Tartu and Helsinki Universities, London Business School and Academy of Executive Coaching (UK). He is co-founder of HR Tech Company Teamscope.

Heli Zilensk is Founding Partner and Board Member of Executive Lab Search. Heli has more than ten years of experience in human resources assessment and consultation. She has worked for nine years as search consultant, including work as managing partner for an international executive search company (EMA Partners ) in Estonia. Before EMA Partners Heli worked for an international recruitment firm in Estonia specialising in search assignments for Technology companies.

She has held various senior positions within human resources, as a recruiter, a researcher, and as a career counselor. She has conducted search projects in Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania and Finland. Heli has an MSc in Psychology from Tallinn University.

Ingrit joined the Executive Lab team in 2013 and works as a Recruitment Specialist and Researcher. She is skilled in market mapping, identifying and attracting high quality passive candidates, conducting interviews, recruiting and headhunting. She has experience in recruiting people for companies, both local and international, in Estonia and Finland, but also in finding talent from global pool of candidates. Ingrit has Master’s degree in translation studies from Tallinn University and has previously worked in a translation bureau as a project manager.
